最親民嘅貝殼類可能就係花甲,聽過有人唔鍾意食唔同嘅貝殼類,但花甲真係好少人唔鍾意。唔似蜆仔得丁點肉,花甲肉一口剛剛好,肉身爽口又鮮甜。無用傳統豉椒炒花甲,換上西式嘅忌廉汁,甜甜哋散發濃濃嘅白酒香,提升花甲嘅鮮甜。

喺泰海鮮最愛嘅小食一定係芝心蝦丸!雖然話係海鮮,但蝦丸嘅芝士心真係邪惡!而且包住外面嘅麵包粒炸得非常透徹,超級邪惡!不過唔好咁心急食,小心芝士辣口呀!
